Job Description
Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales professional to join our team focused on Home Healthcare services. In this role, you will be key in expanding our services and building lasting relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients seeking home healthcare solutions - Develop strategic plans to attract and retain clients in the healthcare sector - Build and maintain relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations - Conduct market research to identify service demands and client needs - Create and present tailored proposals highlighting our home healthcare services - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue goals - Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high standards of care and service delivery - Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to management - Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services Requirements - Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the home healthcare sector - Strong understanding of home healthcare services and industry regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals - Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools Benefits Salary + Benefits
