Overview Job Description – Head of Customer Support (Real Estate) The Head of Customer Support will be responsible for establishing, structuring, and leading the Customer Support function from the ground up. This role will focus on delivering service excellence across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include designing and implementing SOPs, SLAs, customer service policies, and escalation frameworks. The role will oversee end-to-end customer support operations, including post-handover support, defect and snag management, and handling complex customer escalations. The incumbent will implement and manage CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and performance dashboards to track service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT and NPS. Collaboration and Leadership The Head of Customer Support will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing customer support team, while fostering a strong service culture. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders including Development, Facilities Management, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless issue resolution and consistent customer communication. Acting as the senior escalation point for critical or high-impact issues, the role will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide regular performance and insight reports to senior management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
