This internship is designed for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in the analysis and design of solutions while helping translate business requirements into technical reality.This is not just a support role—you'll be actively involved in projects that matter, using your creativity and analytical skills to make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst Intern, you will:Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.Support the analysis and design of enterprise-level solutions using your technical background.Work with development and QA teams to help create clear, actionable specifications.Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute ideas for process improvements.Help manage user stories and project tasks in JIRA, ensuring clarity and traceability.Aid in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Stay curious—research industry trends and best practices to bring fresh insights to the team.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Previous technical or IT exposure (through coursework, projects, or prior internships) is essential.An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Eagerness to learn and contribute to complex projects.Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.Basic familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is a plus.Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Exposure to data analysis tools or techniques is advantageous.What We OfferHands-on experience in real projects with enterprise-level impact.Mentorship from experienced BAs and IT professionals.A collaborative and inclusive team environment in Dubai.Opportunity to develop skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, and Agile project delivery.Potential for future career opportunities based on performance.How to ApplyIf you're a creative thinker with a technical edge and want to gain meaningful experience as a Business Analyst, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
