Job Description Job Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator Experience Required: 5-15 years Location: Dubai Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events, and offline). - Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales, product) and external vendors/agencies. - Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. - Assist in content development for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. - Oversee marketing operations including budgets, approvals, and vendor coordination. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance when required. - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing operations. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). - Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments. - Experience in event marketing and campaign budgeting. - Leadership or team coordination experience.
