Requirments: Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, or a related field . 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably infinance or Forex . Strong experience inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising . Proficiency inSEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools . Hands-on experience withemail marketing platforms and CRM integration . Ability to analyzeKPIs, ROI, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns. Knowledge ofForex markets and financial products is highly desirable. Strongtechnical knowledge of marketing integrations, tracking pixels, and API-driven automation. Ability to work in afast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects. Responsibilities: Develop and implementdata-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in theForex industry . Optimize and managepaid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuringROI-driven performance . Track, analyze, and interpretwebsite traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior usingGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps . ConductA/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to optimize performance. Content & Social Media Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize content acrosssocial media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). ImplementSEO & SEM strategies to improve organic reach and lead generation. Utilizecontent marketing strategies such as blog writing, infographics, and educational materials to attract and retain traders. Marketing Automation & CRM: Manageemail marketing campaigns , drip sequences, and automation workflows using tools likeHubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign . Set up and optimizeWhatsApp Business API and chatbot automation for customer engagement. Integrate and manageCRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) for lead nurturing and segmentation. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Conductcompetitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Generate and present detailedmarketing reports usingGoogle Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau .UseUTM parameters andtracking pixels to measure campaign effectiveness and customer journeys. Skills Experience withPython, SQL, or Excel (for data analysis and automation) . Proficiency inGoogle Tag Manager and event tracking implementation . Familiarity withmarketing AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or MidJourney for content generation) . Strong graphic design skills usingAdobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva .
