Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Recruitment to lead group-wide, end-to-end hiring across a portfolio of multiple hotels. This role will oversee recruitment across the UAE, GCC, and global markets, supporting both operational and senior leadership hiring at scale. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment across all hotel functions and seniority levels - Deliver mass and volume recruitment campaigns for multiple hotels and brands - Manage recruitment for new hotel openings, expansions, and seasonal hiring - Partner closely with Hotel GMs, Regional Directors, and Executive Leadership - Act as the group-wide recruitment lead across UAE, GCC, and global markets - Lead and participate in regional and international recruitment trips - Oversee sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding processes - Ensure consistent recruitment standards and candidate experience across all hotels Mandatory Experience & Requirements - Proven experience recruiting specifically for hotels (non-negotiable) - Strong background in end-to-end hospitality recruitment - Demonstrated experience in mass / volume hotel hiring - Experience working with senior hotel stakeholders (GMs, Directors, Execs) - Track record of leading regional or international hospitality hiring campaigns - Hands-on recruiter with strategic leadership capability Ideal Candidate Profile - Hospitality recruitment leader from a multi-hotel or hotel group environment - Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality role structures - Confident operating across UAE, GCC, and global markets - Comfortable with travel as part of the role - Strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills This role is strictly for candidates with proven hospitality recruitment experience. Applicants must have direct experience recruiting for hotels. Candidates without hands-on hotel or hospitality hiring experience will not be considered.
