We are seeking an experienced Director of Recruitment to lead group-wide, end-to-end hiring across a portfolio of multiple hotels. This role will oversee recruitment across the UAE, GCC, and global markets, supporting both operational and senior leadership hiring at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment across all hotel functions and seniority levelsDeliver mass and volume recruitment campaigns for multiple hotels and brandsManage recruitment for new hotel openings, expansions, and seasonal hiringPartner closely with Hotel GMs, Regional Directors, and Executive LeadershipAct as the group-wide recruitment lead across UAE, GCC, and global marketsLead and participate in regional and international recruitment tripsOversee sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding processesEnsure consistent recruitment standards and candidate experience across all hotelsMandatory Experience & RequirementsProven experience recruiting specifically for hotels (non-negotiable)Strong background in end-to-end hospitality recruitmentDemonstrated experience in mass / volume hotel hiringExperience working with senior hotel stakeholders (GMs, Directors, Execs)Track record of leading regional or international hospitality hiring campaignsHands‑on recruiter with strategic leadership capabilityIdeal Candidate ProfileHospitality recruitment leader from a multi‑hotel or hotel group environmentDeep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality role structuresConfident operating across UAE, GCC, and global marketsComfortable with travel as part of the roleStrong commercial and stakeholder‑management skillsThis role is strictly for candidates with proven hospitality recruitment experience.Applicants must have direct experience recruiting for hotels.Candidates without hands‑on hotel or hospitality hiring experience will not be considered.
