Junior Florist (3 Years Experience) Location: Employment Type: Full time Level: Junior to Mid Level Role Summary We are hiring a passionate skilled Junior Florist with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in floristry. You should be confident with daily bouquet making, vase arrangements, flower conditioning and basic creative design. You will support senior florists for large events while independently handling shop orders and walk‑in customers. Creativity, speed and strong flower knowledge are essential. Customer Service and Sales - Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable designs. - Handle walk‑in orders, packing, billing and delivery coordination. - Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Floral Design and Daily Production - Create high‑quality hand bouquets, vase arrangements, boxes and mixed arrangements. - Maintain consistency in colour themes, design quality and finishing. - Support senior florists in preparing materials for weddings, corporate events and installations. - Execute small event setups under guidance. Flower Preparation and Care - Condition flowers, clean stems, remove damaged petals and maintain daily freshness. - Monitor flower quality and report wastage or damages. - Handle flower hydration, storage and rotation correctly. Shop and Display Management - Maintain clean working areas, display shelves and arrangement stands. - Assist in merchandising and seasonal product displays. - Ensure tools, vases and materials are organised. Inventory and Supplies Support - Assist in receiving deliveries and checking flower quality. - Maintain basic inventory records for flowers, wrapping materials and supplies. - Inform the team about low‑stock items. Continuous Learning - Learn new design techniques, trending styles and seasonal flower combinations. - Improve speed, neatness and creativity over time. Performance Indicators - Quality and consistency of daily floral work. - Customer happiness and positive reviews. - Speed and efficiency during peak hours. - Reduced wastage and proper flower care. - Supportiveness and reliability within the team. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years of professional floristry experience in UAE. - Strong knowledge of common flowers, colours and design basics. - Ability to make neat modern bouquets and vase arrangements independently. - Good creativity, attention to detail and artistic sense. - Basic communication skills and ability to manage customer requests. - Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons. - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
