Chief Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition

Join to apply for the Chief Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition role at Roads and Transport Authority.

Responsibilities

- Prepare yearly Nationalization Plans that are communicated to departments and reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure adherence.
- Prepare the yearly Manpower budget to be reviewed by the Manpower Planning Committee for submission to the RTA Board.
- Study all new requirements for positions and classifications and provide recommendations to the Manpower Planning Committee or the HRD Director or Section Manager as required.
- Analyze, study, and identify manpower needs and requirements.
- Develop operating manpower policies and systems consistent with best practices for review by higher management.
- Participate in formalizing all processes, procedures, and standards related to manpower planning and budgeting for the manpower planning function.

Qualifications

Technical Competencies:

- HR Systems
- Budgeting

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized University with 11 years of experience.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and the ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and manage functions, systems, and procedures, as well as HR law of Dubai government.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field of Human Resources Planning.
