Job Description JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY: The Specialist Regulatory Compliance Management is responsible for supporting the execution of audits, document control, and compliance monitoring activities within the Document & Audit Management sub-section. Reporting to the Manager Regulatory Compliance Management, the role assists in maintaining regulatory documentation, coordinating audits, tracking compliance findings, and preparing reports. The Specialist supports Sanad's adherence to EASA Part-145, AS9110, and other relevant aviation standards and contributes to continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance visibility and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Audit and Compliance Support - Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, including evidence gathering and documentation. - Support scheduling, coordination, and follow-up of audits and surveillance activities. - Participate in audit execution under guidance and ensure audit data is well recorded. 2. Document Control and Maintenance - Maintain regulatory documentation including MOE, supplements, audit forms, and capability list. - Assist in issuing and withdrawing controlled documents and updates on the bulletin board. - Ensure documents are properly formatted, version-controlled, and archived. 3. Findings Tracking and CAPA Coordination - Track audit findings and monitor the status of corrective and preventive actions. - Coordinate with departments to collect evidence of closure. - Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager or Senior Engineer. 4. Reporting and Visual Management (1 - Update trackers, audit dashboards, and compliance metrics. - Support preparation of reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. - Help maintain visual tools for audit readiness and status tracking. 5. Regulatory and Departmental Support - Support responses to regulatory and customer audits and requests. - Help coordinate document submissions for authority approvals and capability changes. 6. Communication and Training Assistance - Facilitate communications and document requests between departments. - Assist in preparing training materials and compliance awareness content. 7. Other Duties - Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager Regulatory Compliance Management or Senior Engineer in support of the department's objectives. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES Minimum Qualifications(Education/Certification/Licensure/Professional Membership) - Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, quality management or related field. - Completion of or active enrollment in Internal Auditor or Investigator training is preferred. - Awareness of EASA Part-145, AS9110, or equivalent compliance standards. - Minimum Experience: - 3 to 4 years of experience in aviation quality, safety, or compliance roles. - Hands-on exposure to audits, document control, and compliance tracking. - Job Specific Competencies: - Regulatory Awareness Basic understanding of EASA, GCAA, FAA, and AS9110 regulatory frameworks and how they apply in an MRO setting. - Audit Execution Support Ability to assist in planning and conducting audits, collecting evidence, and recording findings with guidance. - Corrective Action Tracking Capable of tracking non-conformities and supporting follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. - Document Control Familiar with document issuance, version control, and maintenance of regulatory documentation. - Compliance Reporting Able to compile audit data, assist in reporting, and update visual compliance trackers and tools. - Stakeholder Support Provides administrative and coordination support to internal stakeholders and external auditors. - Microsoft 365 Proficiency Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word for reporting, formatting, and compliance documentation. - Communication and Collaboration Strong communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional compliance efforts. - Continuous Learning Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward developing technical skills and compliance knowledge. - Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in documentation, audit logs, and recordkeeping.
