**Compliance Expert Role Description**This role involves regulatory business planning, drafting compliance policy manuals, and preparing memoranda for ongoing corporate and regulatory compliance requirements.The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, providing training to employees, and preparing the annual management report. Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing compliance strategies to minimize risk exposure.Maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities.Collaborating with stakeholders to address compliance concerns.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in compliance, preferably within a professional services organization, and hold a tertiary degree qualification in finance or law. At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Compliance Officer/Manager is required, and you must be based in the UAE.A **relevant tertiary education** in finance or law is highly valued.Applicants should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
