Role Overview The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, from supplier identification to contract management, ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and supporting business operations.The role involves sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, and handling purchase orders across both offline procurement and online e-commerce platforms such as Noon and Amazon. Key Responsibilities: Source IT hardware products including laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and accessories. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers. Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement. Create and manage purchase orders in ERP or procurement systems. Track order status, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or pricing. Place and manage purchase orders on Noon, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms, including monitoring product availability, pricing, and order fulfilment. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams. Research and stay updated on new technologies, market trends, and emerging IT hardware products to support informed purchasing decisions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (IT hardware preferred). Experience with Noon, Amazon, and e-commerce procurement platforms. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good knowledge of IT hardware products (servers, laptops, accessories, networking devices, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software. Strong communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics.
