7. Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed, and ensuring the office is neat and organized.
8. Reception: Greeting visitors, clients, and customers, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
9. Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
10. Technology Skills: Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software and tools as required.
11. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues and supporting them in their tasks as needed.
12. Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to potential real estate leads, such as property buyers, sellers, and investors, to identify interested parties.
13. Customer Qualification: Qualifying leads by asking questions to determine their specific real estate needs and preferences.
