Role Responsibilities - Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes. - Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. - Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards Assist in the design of MEP Systems where applicable. - Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schedules for MEP systems using BIM tools. - Conduct clash detection and resolution using software like Navisworks. - Perform regular model audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. - Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliverables. - Provide support and guidance to team members on BIM processes and software usage. - Generate and update MEP BIM-related reports, drawings, and schedules. - Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. - Keep up to date with the latest advancements in BIM software and methodologies. - Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in BIM workflows.
