Responsibilities:

- Managing and responding to customer inquiries via the website and social media platforms.
- Providing consultation and information about products.
- Registering and following up on customer orders.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.
- Daily reporting on sales and activities.
- Establishing effective communication and offering tailored solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Following up with potential customers and converting them into loyal clients.
- Preparing and organizing sales reports and analyzing market data.

Required Skills:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in (Persian/English) (depending on the requirements).
- Familiarity with CRM software .

Skills

Job Requirements:

- For Iranian applicants , having a residence visa (company registration, sponsorship, or employment visa) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of work and residency experience in the UAE .
- Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of additional international languages is a plus).
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in:

- Obtaining residence permits or company registration
- Tourism and travel package sales
- Business consulting services sales
