We're Hiring: Technical Supervisor (with QA/QC Edge) Lead inspection and calibration operations while adding value through QA/QC expertise. What You'll Do: - Supervise inspection & calibration operations - Validate technical reports and equipment accuracy - Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical & flow calibration - Support QMS compliance and documentation - Lead internal & external audit readiness - Mentor and develop technical staff What We're Looking For: - Engineering/Technical background - 2+ years technical supervision - QA/QC knowledge (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001) is a big plus - Audit and compliance experience preferred - Strong leadership & communication skills Key Responsibilities Core – Technical Supervision - Supervise and execute daily inspection and calibration operations. - Ensure accuracy, readiness, and proper maintenance of equipment and tools. - Validate and approve technical reports before client submission. - Provide technical guidance to staff and support client queries. - Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration across projects. Plus – QA/QC Capability - Support and maintain the company's QMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, and ASTM standards. - Review reports for both technical accuracy and QA/QC compliance. - Lead preparations for internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of non-conformances. - Review and approve supplier/subcontractor QC documentation. - Identify and support process improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency. Team & Client Engagement - Mentor and train staff in technical and QA/QC best practices. - Assist in workload allocation and technical scope development. - Act as the main point of contact for technical issues and QA/QC clarifications. - Build client trust by ensuring high-quality, audit-ready service delivery. Qualifications & Experience - Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical. - 5–7 years' experience in technical supervision (QA/QC and audits experience is a plus). - ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is desirable. - Strong knowledge of calibration and inspection techniques, including pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration. - Understanding of uncertainty principles and budgeting. - Experience in internal and external audits preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
