What You’ll Do: Supervise inspection & calibration operations Validate technical reports and equipment accuracy Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical & flow calibration Support QMS compliance and documentation Lead internal & external audit readiness Mentor and develop technical staff What We’re Looking For: Engineering/Technical background 2+ years technical supervision QA/QC knowledge (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001) is a big plus Audit and compliance experience preferred Strong leadership & communication skills Key Responsibilities Core – Technical Supervision Supervise and execute daily inspection and calibration operations. Ensure accuracy, readiness, and proper maintenance of equipment and tools. Validate and approve technical reports before client submission. Provide technical guidance to staff and support client queries. Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration across projects. Plus – QA/QC Capability Support and maintain the company’s QMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, and ASTM standards. Review reports for both technical accuracy and QA/QC compliance. Lead preparations for internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of non-conformances. Review and approve supplier/subcontractor QC documentation. Identify and support process improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency. Team & Client Engagement Mentor and train staff in technical and QA/QC best practices. Assist in workload allocation and technical scope development. Act as the main point of contact for technical issues and QA/QC clarifications. Build client trust by ensuring high-quality, audit-ready service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical. 5–7 years’ experience in technical supervision (QA/QC and audits experience is a plus). ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is desirable. Strong knowledge of calibration and inspection techniques, including pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration. Understanding of uncertainty principles and budgeting. Experience in internal and external audits preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
