We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Fit-out

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Prepare and present sales proposals, including budgets, timelines, and project scope.
4. Attend project meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
7. Work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, construction, or related industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
6. Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
