Job Summary:

Support the wider operations and procurement teams to ensure that central data systems are up to date and accurate.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Day to day housekeeping of all inventory and product management systems
2. Adjust product data when required
3. Create and maintain all product spec sheets in accordance with supplier details and technical information
4. Undertake regular pricing audits
5. Liaise closely with local operations and sales teams on product requirements
6. Work closely with the wider procurement teams to maintain accurate data and produce analytic reports
7. Coordinate between systems to ensure continuity of information
8. Place orders with suppliers when required
9. Utilise demand planning software to maintain accurate replenishment data
10. Work with Group Purchasing Manager to analyse purchasing data
11. Work closely with on-site logistics teams to ensure seamless chain of custody and compliance
12. Complete any required due diligence of compliance administration in relation to purchases

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role working with ERP systems
2. 1 year's experience in a purchasing or supply chain department
3. Demonstrable knowledge of data input
4. Fluent in written and spoken English
5. Fluent in written and spoken French
6. Knowledge of inventory management software
7. Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel, and Outlook
8. Well organised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
