F Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for the Head of Monetisations. The individual in this role will oversee and drive monetization strategies, develop innovative revenue streams, and build strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, negotiating with partners, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The Head of Monetisations will also be responsible for creating comprehensive reports and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in the Media industry (same or similar to ours) Previous experience in a Head / Director-level Monetisation or Revenue role Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory) Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in or with the UAE / regional market is highly desirable Compensation Salary, commission, and benefits: To be discussed, based on experience and profile Interested candidates are invited to share their CV with us at careers@blinx.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
