1. Supporting the line manager in analysing and reporting of data, including Manpower and financial reports, headcount, attrition, Emiratisation, etc. specific to the operations.
2. Produce and manipulate excel tables to an advanced level, with a strong attention to detail.
3. Report and analyse all data produced, including the tracking and measurements of deliveries done for all brands.
4. Supports Divisional HR team to collate manpower requirements from management, validating variable budget assumptions, correct data entry to planning tool for each cost centre. Creates Headcount tracking sheets by band by cost centre together with the budget approval.
5. Compiles data for HR reporting, analysis data and variance and prepares the report.
6. Review and consolidate all internal recruitment/salary proposal cases, ensuring compliance with policies.
7. Support the LM in all HR digital transformation initiatives including SAP system upgradation, SuccessFactors (EC) implementation, etc.
8. Ensure all reports within data centres/storage are updated on a monthly basis with data accuracy.
9. Ensure all reporting is updated in PPT template and distributed among the key HR members.
10. Provide administration, financial, and analytical support to the HR team.
11. Ensure that all Financial and Dashboard reports are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
12. Due to the nature of the job, handle personnel information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
