Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals contracts and negotiate rates to secure business deals
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Utilize online platforms and social media to promote the hotels services
- Create sales targets and analyze performance against them
- Collaborate with revenue management to set competitive pricing strategies
- Plan and attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry in Ajman
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with online booking systems is preferred
We offer
a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance This is a contract job open to foreigners without an English language requirement
