We know the formula for great Software Engineering, and we strive to do what it takes to nourish a healthy, productive, and efficient culture.The RoleDigital Zone is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Frontend to ensure that our applications are designed and implemented to the highest standards in order to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and smooth operation process.Who We're Looking ForThis is the right role for you if:You have attention to details, and you strive for perfecting and polishing everything you touch.You look at challenges as a source of motivation, with a curiosity driven mindset.You have a high bar for knowledge management (documentation), and organizational responsibilities (time-management, reporting, communication).You take ownership of your work and its impact.You communicate and collaborate proactively.You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take a project from idea/RFC to production.You are open-minded, and you look at problems with an engineering-mindset.You welcome open-dialogue and feedback culture.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement reusable, clean, testable, efficient, secure, maintainable, and well-documented solutions within deadlines.Help in selecting technologies, stacks, architectures, and designs that serve the business needs and ensure efficiency throughout the entire software lifecycle.Take part in regular performance and error monitoring analysis activities, identifying user pain-points proactively, and recording as technical debt.Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the best integration between our backend, frontend, CICD, and infrastructure.Identify technical debt proactively and propose mitigation strategies.Maintaining and developing your knowledge about software development, and supporting/mentoring other developers.Conduct code reviews for peers to enhance code quality, ensure adherence to standards, and improve overall code standards.Contribute to improve the status quo in workflow, software quality, documentation, developer productivity, and all aspects of our engineering department.Qualifications5+ Years of experience in Software Engineering or adjacent fields.3+ Years of experience working fully remotely with a track record of self-management and accountability.Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem.Experience with testing frameworks such as Storybook, Cypress & Jest.Familiarity with modern build pipelines, task runners, builders and bundlers.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience in maintaining codebases with the highest clean code standards.Preferred Location of Candidate: UAE based #J-18808-Ljbffr
