The Role Digital Zone is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Frontend to ensure that our applications are designed and implemented to the highest standards in order to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and smooth operation processes. Who We're Looking For This is the right role for you if: You have attention to details, and you strive for perfecting and polishing everything you touch. You look at challenges as a source of motivation, with a curiosity driven mindset. You have a high bar for knowledge management (documentation), and organizational responsibilities (time-management, reporting, communication). You take ownership of your work and its impact. You communicate and collaborate proactively. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take a project from idea/RFC to production. You are open-minded, and you look at problems with an engineering-mindset. You welcome open-dialogue and feedback culture. Responsibilities Design and implement reusable, clean, testable, efficient, secure, maintainable, and well-documented solutions within deadlines. Help in selecting technologies, stacks, architectures, and designs that serve the business needs and ensure efficiency throughout the entire software lifecycle. Take part in regular performance and error monitoring analysis activities, identifying user pain-points proactively, and recording as technical debt. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the best integration between our backend, frontend, CICD, and infrastructure. Identify technical debt proactively and propose mitigation strategies. Maintain and develop your knowledge about software development, and support/mentor other developers. Conduct code reviews for peers to enhance code quality, ensure adherence to standards, and improve overall code standards. Contribute to improve the status quo in workflow, software quality, documentation, developer productivity, and all aspects of our engineering department.
