Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company&aposs HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development and implementation. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment and labor.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Experience in handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment and labor laws and regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Experience in the business support industry or related fields is a plus.
- Indian Speaker (Preferring)
- Salary 12-15k AED
