Job Description Location: Dubai Contract: Full-Time We're looking for a confident, creative, and highly organised Social Media Executive to support both B2B and B2C accounts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, hands-on content creation (shooting and editing), and staying ahead of trends. You'll work closely with the wider team, supporting campaigns, community management, and always-on content across multiple brands. You'll be a key contributor to the agency's social presence, helping bring ideas to life, engaging communities, and driving brand awareness across Arabic and English-speaking audiences. What You'll Be Focusing On Community Management | Content Creation | Trend Monitoring | Campaign Support Key Responsibilities Community Management - Manage and engage with brand communities across social platforms - Respond to comments, messages, and conversations with a professional, on-brand voice - Monitor and report on audience sentiment, engagement metrics, and social trends Content Creation & Idea Generation - Shoot, edit, and produce short-form social media content (Reels/TikToks/Stories) in-house - Write compelling captions and copy for social media posts - Develop creative concepts and always-on content ideas - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives - Assist in planning content calendars and scheduling posts Trend Monitoring & Social Insight - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and creative best practices - Share insights and recommendations to improve performance and engagement - Support the team with research and inspiration for upcoming campaigns Campaign Support - Assist in executing social media campaigns across multiple brands - Track and report on key campaign metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Company Culture - Act as an ambassador for the agency's values and brand voice - Support a collaborative, creative, and inclusive working environment - Contribute to a vibrant and supportive team culture What We're Looking For - 12 years experience in a similar social media role, preferably in Dubai - Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken - Confident, creative, and a team player - Passionate about social media, hands-on content creation, and storytelling - Strong understanding of social platforms, trends & analytics - Excellent organisational and communication skills What You'll Bring to the Team - Creativity and flair for engaging, platform-native content - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - Reliability and consistency in high-quality delivery - A collaborative attitude and willingness to support others - Enthusiasm for digital culture and emerging formats - Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently Application Requirement Along with your CV, please share samples of your content creation work (Reels, TikToks, campaigns, or portfolio links) to [Confidential Information].
