Responsibilities & Duties:

- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Content Creation Assistance: Collaborate with content creators, assisting with shoots, brainstorming ideas, and helping to create engaging, brand-aligned visuals and posts.
- Campaign Management: Help strategize and execute social media campaigns that resonate with audiences, ensuring timely posting, quality control, and engagement tracking.
- Social Media Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Falcon, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc. Ensure KPIs, ROI, and other metrics are analyzed and shared with clients.
- Engagement & Community Management: Foster and maintain positive engagement with followers, answering questions, handling comments, and ensuring the community stays active and involved.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our clients’ social media strategies fresh and relevant.
- Content Calendar Management: Assist with creating, scheduling, and ensuring the timely execution of content calendars.
- Moodboards & Visuals: Support content creators in the development of mood boards and visual direction for shoots, ensuring consistency across campaigns and client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure all content is aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and brand voice.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media coordination, particularly in managing accounts across various industries (Sports, Fitness, F&B, Hospitality, etc.).
- Social Media Tools: Must have a basic understanding of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Falcon, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc., for content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the social media landscape in the region and familiarity with trends, consumer behavior, and effective strategies in the Middle East.
- Content Creation Support: Ability to assist with visual content creation, from mood boards to photoshoots, ensuring content is fresh, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with both remote work and in-office work as needed for shoots, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the Social Krowd team and clients.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content, reporting, and communication are error-free and professional.
- Canva: Basic knowledge of Canva to design simple posts when needed—primarily for last-minute or ad hoc content if our designers have a high workload.
