This is a highimpact role for someone who lives and breathes social culture, understands how to create scrollstopping content, and can bring humour, personality and strong storytelling into health and wellness. Job Description - Develop and execute a full social media content strategy across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & emerging platforms - Plan, script, film and edit highimpact shortform content - Transform wellness and health concepts into fun, informative and relatable pieces - Maintain aesthetic consistency and elevate brand voice across all channels - Build monthly content calendars aligned to trends, campaigns and brand priorities - Engage across comments, DMs, Q&As and community prompts - Track performance analytics and optimise strategy The Successful Applicant - 5+ years managing social media for a consumer, wellness, or creatorled brand - Proven record in creating highperforming shortform video content - Deep understanding of IG & TikTok culture, humour and editing styles - Strong creative instincts: knows what's bold, funny, and shareable - Excellent copywriting skills with a warm, witty and credible tone - Confident filming yourself and others, directing shoots and editing endtoend - Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma or similar tools What's on Offer - Competitive salary - Opportunity to work within a large organisation in the wellness industry - Collaborative and innovative work environment Contact: Matt Jones Quote job ref: JN-012026-6926932
