Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Executive at Odea Integrations.

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for leading our sales engine end-to-end, encompassing high-level strategy, day-to-day oversight, and direct sales execution.

In addition to managing an SDR and coordinating with a sales agency, this role will take ownership of critical deals, broker partnerships, and the overall pipeline for both the Odea CX Platform and our Amazon Connect services.

We need someone who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor, adept at using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Oversight:
Develop and refine the overall sales approach for Odea's two offerings: Odea CX Platform and Amazon Connect Implementation Services. Conduct weekly pipeline review calls with the SDR and other sales team members. Oversee progress on active deals, ensuring high-quality touchpoints and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with senior leadership on revenue targets, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic growth plans.
2. Team Management & Coordination:
Manage SDR(s): Provide daily/weekly guidance, set clear activity targets, and monitor performance metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). Coordinate with Sales Agency: Track their progress, hold them accountable to meeting quotas, and optimize campaign strategies.
3. Hands-On Use of Sales Tools:
HubSpot: Ensure leads, deals, and activities are properly logged and tracked; generate reports to assess pipeline health. Apollo: Design, launch, and refine email sequences; monitor open rates, reply rates, and conversions. LinkedIn: Conduct outreach, send connection requests, engage in relevant industry groups, and maintain a professional personal brand to attract potential clients.
4. Report weekly on pipeline status, new deals, and critical issues to executive leadership. Recommend process improvements for ongoing optimization. Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in CX/CCaaS.

Qualifications

1. Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years in B2B tech sales, ideally with hands-on experience in SaaS or CCaaS.
2. Demonstrable Management Skills: Experience leading SDRs, overseeing external sales agencies, and driving a diverse sales pipeline.
3. Technical Acumen: Comfortable explaining AI-driven CX solutions, Amazon Connect integrations, and enterprise-level contact center technology.
4. Hands-On with Sales Tools: Deep familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
5. Strong Communication & Negotiation: Able to present compelling demos and navigate complex negotiations with mid- to large-sized enterprises.
6. Process-Oriented: Skilled at building repeatable sales processes, setting KPIs, and enforcing accountability within a team.
