Job Description Summary
Le/la responsable de la franchise de produits AMX Explorer joue un rle de leadership essentiel, responsable de la dfinition et de l&aposexcution de l&aposorientation stratgique de la franchise de produits mobiles rayons X pour les clients chinois et internationaux. Ce poste combine vision stratgique, connaissance du march et excellence oprationnelle pour fournir des solutions innovantes et centres sur le client qui stimulent la croissance de l&aposentreprise dans les domaines des produits, des services et des logiciels. Relevant du directeur gnral de la SBU Global X-ray, ce responsable mondial des franchises de produits sera responsable du cycle de vie du produit, de l&aposidation la commercialisation et au-del, en veillant ce que le produit rponde aux demandes du march tout en s&aposalignant sur les objectifs de l&aposorganisation. En collaborant avec des quipes interfonctionnelles, notamment l&aposingnierie, le marketing, les ventes, la chane d&aposapprovisionnement et la recherche clinique, ce rle pilotera l&aposintroduction de nouveaux produits, optimisera les performances des produits et dirigera les efforts visant dpasser les attentes des clients. The AMX Explorer Product Franchise Manager is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the Mobile X-ray Product franchise for China and International customers. This position combines strategic vision, market insight, and operational excellence to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that drive business growth across product, service, and software domains. Reporting to the Global X-ray SBU GM, this global Product Franchise Manager will own the product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization and beyond, ensuring the product meets market demands while aligning with organizational goals. By collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, and clinical researchthis role will drive new product introductions, optimize product performance, and lead efforts to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex challenges, leveraging data to make informed decisions, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. Job Description
Principales responsabilits
Leadership en matire de stratgie et de feuille de route produit
- Dfinir et s&aposapproprier la feuille de route du produit AMX Explorer Mobile Xray, en s&aposalignant sur les opportunits du march, les objectifs commerciaux et les besoins des clients.
- Raliser une tude de march complte et une analyse de la concurrence en Chine et dans la rgion internationale pour faonner la vision et la stratgie de franchise de bout en bout (produit, service et numrique/SaaS).
- Collaborer avec les rgions pour dvelopper et excuter des stratgies de commercialisation de produits, de services et de numrique/SaaS, y compris la visibilit du march, l&aposoptimisation de l&aposentonnoir de vente et les mesures de conversion des opportunits.
- Communiquer et dfendre la vision du produit dans toute l&aposorganisation, en incitant les parties prenantes s&aposaligner sur les objectifs stratgiques.
Leadership Interfonctionnel
- Diriger la collaboration avec les quipes d&aposingnierie, de marketing, de vente, de chane d&aposapprovisionnement et de service pour assurer un dveloppement de franchise et une livraison sur le march transparents.
- valuer les options de partenariat externe dans les domaines du numrique/SaaS, du canal de vente, du service, des solutions de financement et d&aposautres domaines selon les besoins. Diriger les dcisions de construction/achat/partenariat et assurer un leadership interfonctionnel pour la mise en uvre.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les questions lies aux produits internationaux de radiographie mobile, en garantissant l&aposalignement interdpartemental avec la stratgie de franchise.
- Superviser la gestion des offres commerciales mondiales, y compris la configuration des produits (PCM) et les outils de devis (par exemple, Apttus).
- Collaborer avec le responsable du VCP pour optimiser les cots, amliorer les marges et amliorer les performances des produits.
- Guider les quipes d&aposingnierie et de chane d&aposapprovisionnement pour amliorer la qualit de la production, l&aposexcution et la gestion des stocks.
Orientation Client
- Interagissez directement avec les clients pour recueillir des informations, valider les ides de produits et hirarchiser les commentaires pour les initiatives stratgiques.
- Dirigez les entretiens avec les utilisateurs, les enqutes et les tests d&aposutilisabilit pour garantir que les besoins des clients dterminent les dcisions relatives aux produits.
- Dirigez la recherche clinique pour dfinir les domaines d&aposintrt du parcours de soins et dvelopper des propositions de valeur clinique.
Gestion du cycle de vie des produits
- Superviser l&aposensemble du cycle de vie du produit, du concept la commercialisation et au-del.
- tablir et surveiller les objectifs et les rsultats cls (OKR) ainsi que les indicateurs de performance cls (KPI) pour la russite de la franchise.
- Intgrer les oprations de service et les stratgies rgionales dans la feuille de route globale de la franchise pour amliorer la satisfaction client et les performances commerciales.
Prise de dcision base sur les donnes
- Tirez parti doutils avancs danalyse de donnes pour valuer les performances des produits, lengagement des clients et les indicateurs financiers lchelle de la franchise.
- Faire des recommandations stratgiques bases sur des informations sur les donnes pour gnrer des amliorations itratives et la comptitivit du march.
Communication stratgique et gestion des parties prenantes
- Servir de communicateur cl pour les mises jour des produits, les tendances du march et les performances de la franchise auprs de la haute direction et des parties prenantes.
- Simplifiez les concepts complexes en informations exploitables pour des publics techniques et non techniques.
- Crez des prsentations convaincantes pour prsenter les progrs de la feuille de route, la dynamique du march et les priorits stratgiques
Leadership et rsolution de problmes
- Encadrer et guider les membres juniors de lquipe, en favorisant le dveloppement des comptences en gestion de produits.
- Diriger des initiatives de rsolution de problmes, en valuant les risques, les avantages et les compromis pour proposer des solutions innovantes.
- Mener la rflexion stratgique au sein de l&aposquipe pour anticiper les tendances du march et identifier les opportunits de croissance pour la franchise International Mobile -Xray Product.
Qualifications Requises
- Idalement bas(e) dans la gographie internationale (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique, Asie, LATAM)
- Diplme en marketing, ingnierie, sciences ou administration des affaires.
- Matrise (par exemple, MBA) prfre
- Exprience importante en technologie mdicale dans des domaines tels que la gestion de produits, les ventes, le marketing ou l&aposingnierie
- Exprience client/commerciale directe dans les ventes d&aposimagerie prfre Matrise de base de la mthodologie Lean, Six Sigma ou d&aposamlioration des processus
- Orient(e) vers l&aposquipe et capacit avre bien travailler avec des quipes diversifies, mondiales et interfonctionnelles pour faonner la vision et la stratgie.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap Leadership
- Define and own the roadmap for the AMX Explorer Mobile Xray Product, aligning with market opportunities, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis in China and the International Region to shape end-to-end franchise (Product, Service, and Digital/SaaS) vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with the Regions to develop and execute Product, Service, and Digital/SaaS commercialization strategies, including market visibility, sales funnel optimization, and opportunity conversion metrics.
- Communicate and champion the product vision across the organization, influencing stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, and service teams to ensure seamless franchise development and market delivery.
- Assess external partnership options in Digital/SaaS, Sales Channel, Service, Financing Solutions, and other areas as needed. Lead build/buy/partner decisions and provide cross-functional leadership for implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for International Mobile -Xray Product -related questions, ensuring cross-departmental alignment with the franchise strategy.
- Oversee global commercial offering management, including product configuration (PCM) and quoting tools (e.g., Apttus).
- Partner with the VCP leader to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance product performance.
- Guide the engineering and supply chain teams to drive improvements in production quality, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Customer-Centric Focus
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate product ideas, and prioritize feedback for strategic initiatives.
- Lead user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to ensure customer needs drive product decisions.
- Lead clinical research to define care pathway focus areas and develop clinical value propositions.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization and beyond.
- Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise success.
- Integrate service operations and regional strategies into the overall franchise roadmap to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage advanced data analysis tools to assess product performance, customer engagement, and financial metrics across the franchise.
- Make strategic recommendations based on data insights to drive iterative improvements and market competitiveness.
- Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key communicator for product updates, market trends, and franchise performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Simplify complex concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create compelling presentations to showcase roadmap progress, market dynamics, and strategic priorities.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development in product management.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives, evaluating risks, benefits, and trade-offs to deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive strategic thinking within the team to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities for the International Mobile -Xray Product franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally based in the International geography (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, LATAM)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- Masters degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Important med-tech experience in areas such as product management, sales, marketing, or engineering
- Direct customer/commercial experience in Imaging Sales preferred
- Basic proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodology
- Team oriented with proven ability to work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams to shape vision and strategy
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and finance acumen
