About the Role Got a few hours a week? Put your professional network to work. Building a network of Talent Acquisition Specialists to bring Flowmingo to more hiring teams. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers—including your own company—in a referral‑based role with no fixed hours, earning commissions on your own schedule. What You’ll Do - Share Flowmingo: introduce the platform to your HR and recruiting contacts. - Facilitate Connections: help new users understand Flowmingo’s fit into hiring workflow. - Provide Feedback: share insights to improve our product. - Earn Commissions: get paid for every successful client referral, plus a bonus for onboarding your own company.
