This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting skills, problem-solving skills, as well as team skills; aiming to meet and exceed our business internal and external stakeholders' expectations through high attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time.
Key Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include, yet are not limited to:
1. On-boarding the sellers' content to Amazon platform using standard item creation templates by working closely with the business teams across the MENA region, or directly communicating with the sellers through multiple support queues to gather the needed requirements.
2. Trouble-shooting potential errors that might be encountered in the listing creation process.
3. Maintaining professionalism in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrating bias for action and generating ideas contributing to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
1. 2+ years of sales experience
2. Bachelor's degree
3. English language skills in terms of listening, speaking, and writing skills
4. Microsoft Office skills – Excel is the most important
5. Excellent web browsing skills
6. Sharp eye on details
7. Multitasking skills
8. Customer-centric
Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced Microsoft Office literacy
2. Has proven examples of bias for action in meeting challenges in a quick-moving business
3. Experience with e-commerce would be an advantage
4. Recognizes when and how he/she can add value to the customer and has examples of doing so.
5. SQL knowledge is a plus
