Content Developer

- Analyze target audiences, their interests, and digital behavior.
- Identify suitable content types for different platforms and goals.
- Content Creation & Editing:
- Produce original, high-quality content for various platforms (official website, social media, newsletters, blogs, etc.).
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Adapt tone and language to suit platform and audience.
- Digital Content Management:
- Coordinate with design and multimedia teams to align visuals with written content.
- Upload and manage content using CMS platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Apply SEO strategies to increase visibility in search engines.
- Select appropriate keywords and integrate them effectively into content.
- Creative Development:
- Propose new content topics and campaign ideas that align with the organization's goals and key events.
- Generate performance reports with improvement recommendations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, Arabic/English Language, or a related field.

- 4 years of experience in content development or a related role.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (writing and editing).
- Proven ability to write professionally and creatively across formats.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO practices, and content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
