Content Developer

• Analyze target audiences, their interests, and digital behavior.
• Identify suitable content types for different platforms and goals.
• Content Creation & Editing:
• Produce original, high-quality content for various platforms (official website, social media, newsletters, blogs, etc.).
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Adapt tone and language to suit platform and audience.
• Digital Content Management:
• Coordinate with design and multimedia teams to align visuals with written content.
• Upload and manage content using CMS platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Apply SEO strategies to increase visibility in search engines.
• Select appropriate keywords and integrate them effectively into content.
• Creative Development:
• Propose new content topics and campaign ideas that align with the organization's goals and key events.
• Generate performance reports with improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, Arabic/English Language, or a related field.
• 2- 4 years of experience in content development or a related role.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English (writing and editing).
• Proven ability to write professionally and creatively across formats.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO practices, and content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
