Job Description About the job Important Note on Compensation: This is a full-time co-founder role and an equity-first opportunity to join a senior leadership team. This is not a salaried position until we complete our planned seed funding round (targeted for end of Q1 2026). Until then, your full-time commitment will be compensated through a substantial sweat equity package, which will form a significant part of your foundational ownership in the company. The Opportunity: A Partnership, Not a Position We have a strong founding team in place and are now looking for a force-multiplier to become a foundational pillar of our company. This is a hands-on C-suite opportunity to architect our commercial success from the ground up. This role will have full autonomy to drive distribution and expand our GTM / Sales team. Key Responsibilities - Commercial Leadership: Take full ownership of the commercial strategy. Lead, mentor, and scale our existing commercial team of four, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. - Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Architect and execute a multi-channel go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth, initially focused on regional dominance before leading international expansion. - Enterprise Sales: Personally drive the sales cycle for key enterprise accounts, demonstrating a hands-on, player-coach mentality to close high-value deals. - Revenue Architecture: Build and optimize a scalable, repeatable sales process and revenue engine. - Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founding team to shape product strategy, market positioning, and play a key role in future fundraising activities. Mandatory Requirements: Who You Are We are seeking a seasoned executive with 10+ years work experience, minimum 3+ years in the UAE, with the ambition to co-lead a disruptive AI venture. You must bring the following: - Deep Domain Expertise: A deep and practical understanding of Enterprise ERP tech stacks and the intricacies of corporate HR / Talent Acquisition workflows is a non-negotiable requirement. You must speak our customers language fluently. - Proven HR Tech Sales Leadership: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully selling and leading commercial teams within the Enterprise B2B SaaS segment. - Established Network: You bring a relevant and active network of C-level and senior decision-makers within the UAE and the broader region. - Startup DNA: You are an entrepreneur at heart. You have experience in an early-stage environment and thrive on the challenge of building something from the ground up. - Strategic & Hands-On: You possess the ability to create a long-term commercial vision while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day execution needed to achieve it.
