This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, future-focused business at a pivotal stage in its expansion.Strategic Financial Leadership in a Transforming SectorDrive the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with growth ambitionsProvide commercial and financial insights to the CEO and Board to inform strategic decision-makingSupport the evolution of business models and revenue streams, particularly digital monetisation and platform innovationLead on investment planning, cost optimisation, and M&A activity across new and existing marketsOperational Excellence & Risk ManagementOversee all core financial operations including FP&A, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and treasuryEnsure rigorous internal controls and adherence to international accounting standards and regulatory frameworksBuild and maintain strong relationships with auditors, external advisors, and stakeholdersLead risk management frameworks to protect financial health and operational resilienceExecutive Leadership & Organisational ImpactPartner with the CEO and executive team to guide cross-functional business planningManage and develop a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of accountability and commercial impactRepresent finance at board level and engage effectively with external investors and regulatory bodiesDrive digital transformation within the finance function, integrating modern tools and systemsChief Financial Officer Candidate ProfileProven experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within TMTStrong understanding of evolving TMT business modelsDemonstrated success in M&A, investment analysis, and revenue growth strategyExcellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in high-growth or transformation environments is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA or equivalent is an advantageThis is a career-defining opportunity for a forward-looking CFO who thrives at the intersection of finance, media, and innovation.
