As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping shape strategies that enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Location: On-site, Dubai (UAE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to understand customer behaviour, trends, and pain points.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive improvements in customer experience and business operations.
- Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product teams, to enhance customer journeys.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing research-based recommendations.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in business analysis, research, or customer experience roles.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing & editing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Presentation Skills: Strong public speaking and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel is a plus.
