Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Understand client needs and objectives to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Proactively monitor client success and identify areas for improvement. - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. - Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients. - Track and report on client health and success metrics. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. - 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in CRM software and client management tools.
