Job TitleFacility ManagerLocationDubai UAEExperience5 8 YearsEmployment TypeFull-TimeIndustryFacilities Management Property ManagementJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations maintenance safety and overall management of our facilities in the UAE The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations managing maintenance teams and contractors controlling costs and maintaining compliance with UAE health safety and regulatory requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily facility operations and ensure all services are delivered efficientlySupervise maintenance teams technicians housekeeping security and external contractorsPlan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesOversee MEP HVAC electrical plumbing civil and building maintenance worksManage service providers suppliers and annual maintenance contracts AMCEnsure compliance with UAE HSE fire life safety municipality Civil Defense and other applicable regulationsConduct regular site inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issuesPrepare and monitor maintenance schedules reports and facility documentationManage facility budgets purchase requirements and operational expensesMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with SLA KPI requirementsHandle emergency situations breakdowns and incident responseIdentify opportunities for energy saving cost reduction and operational improvementMaintain records of assets maintenance activities inspections permits and contractsCoordinate with clients tenants management and other stakeholdersEnsure the facility is maintained in a clean safe secure and operational conditionCandidate RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of facility management experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance. Experience in managing technicians, contractors, and multiple service providers. Knowledge of AMC, SLA, KPI, preventive maintenance, and CAFM systems. Good understanding of UAE health, safety, fire and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Office. UAE driving license is an advantage.
