Job Description Internal Auditor | UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait | FoodFund International We're seeking a detail driven Internal Auditor to join our growing Finance team and support strong financial governance across our UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait operations. Key Responsibilities: - Review revenue processes, financial records, and internal controls; - Conduct spot audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; - Validate supporting documents, POS reports, inventory and daily sales reports; - Identify red flags, investigate potential fraud and review promotions & discounts; - Monitor inventory controls, operational expenses, and identify cost saving opportunities; - Prepare and present periodic audit reports to management; - Support the Finance team during external audits; - Provide input on annual revenue and operational budgets; - Handle ad-hoc audit assignments as required; - Report directly to the CFO. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years experience as an Internal Auditor within a reputed Hospitality group; - Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory controls and operational audits; - Analytical, detail oriented and confident working with senior stakeholders.
