Major Activities:

1. Plan and manage the aftersales operation to achieve predetermined operational targets by developing and analyzing business plans in alignment with regional management.
2. Maintain service and warranty records.
3. Process invoices and warranty claims.
4. Coordinate with customers on service updates and follow-ups.
5. Generate aftersales reports and support department operations.

Qualification/Education, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience minimum in Retail Commercial Vehicle afterSales is preferred in a Managerial role.

Role-Specific Skills:

- Time Management: Efficiently managing one's time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Monitoring and Implementation: Ability to monitor processes and ensure effectiveness.
- Awareness and Problem-Solving: Being perceptive to situations and effectively solving problems as they arise.
