Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and monitor the daily activities of the sales team, ensure target achievement, improve field execution, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role focuses on sales performance, team discipline, coverage efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
