We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor based in UAE to support and lead our sales team and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to recommend enhancements to services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Freight forwarder, NVOCC, Shipping line.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
