Job Description Property Sales & Lettings Consultant Dubai (Commission Only) We are looking for a motivated Property Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our Dubai team. This commission-only role involves managing residential property sales and leases from enquiry to completion, while supporting essential administrative, compliance, and CRM tasks. Key Responsibilities - Market properties and coordinate marketing materials - Conduct valuations and property viewings - Negotiate with buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers - Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing transactions - Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company databases - Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other agencies - Prepare and manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and related documents - Ensure compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department, and company standards Requirements - Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential - Excellent English; additional languages a plus - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, professional, and client-focused - Able to work independently and as part of a team - UAE/UK driving license and own vehicle preferred (company vehicle or hire car optional) This is a commission-only position. Candidates must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
