This is a contractual role focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within Real Estate Construction and Engineering verticals. What Youll Be Doing - Lead and mentor a small TA team (23 members) - Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle - Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on strategic hiring plans - Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and technical functions What Were Looking For - 812 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience - Proven team leadership capabilities - Industry exposure in Real Estate Construction or Engineering - Fluency in Arabic is a must - Arabic-speaking females are highly encouraged to apply This is a great opportunity for a dynamic TA professional to make an immediate impact in a strategic visible role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
