Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealer to join Multibank FX team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing trades, managing client accounts, and monitoring market conditions. This role is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in finance and trading within a dynamic brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Profiling and Analysis: Conduct client profiling based on their trading behavior and preferences to tailor services accordingly.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address and resolve complex client complaints effectively.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with relevant departments to manage deposit/withdrawal processes, complaint adjustments, and issues related to the IB portal.
- Training and Development: Deliver training sessions for new and existing dealers on updated processes, tasks, and best practices.
- Operational Support: Provide assistance to senior dealers and dealers in executing their daily responsibilities.
- Exposure Management: Adjust the companys market exposure by executing orders on counterparties accounts, aligned with client profiling insights.
- Compliance Monitoring: Report any instances of clients attempting to misuse company offerings to the sales team and head of dealing.
- IB Compensation Management: Calculate and review all Introducing Brokers (IBs) related reports.
- Trade Dispute Resolution: Perform calculations and analyses related to mispricing and trade execution errors to resolve client complaints.
- Trade Verification and Settlement: Oversee trade verification, settlement processes, and ensure accurate handling of market transactions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial markets to identify trends and momentum across various trading instruments.
- Withdrawal Process Oversight: Verify and ensure the accuracy of the withdrawal process for all clients.
- Risk Management Involvement: Participate in risk management decision-making processes to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to the head of dealing to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant coursework is a plus.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
- Familiarity with Meta Trader is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of risk management practices and tools, including Tapaas, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
