In this role, you will be instrumental in managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. - Identify and resolve engineering challenges and provide technical support as required. - Review and verify engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents. - Work closely with procurement teams to obtain materials and equipment on time. - Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management or engineering. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
