As a Lobby Ambassador you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and create memorable moments for our guests. - You will manage all guests arrivals and departures, including coordinating hotel car logistics and assisting guests arriving in their own vehicles. - Be the central point of contact in the lobby, ready to respond to guest needs and anticipate any concerns before they arise. - Engage with guests to enhance their profiles and communicate personal preferences to the wider team. - Support the Creative Team in organizing special guest's moments and unique experiences. What You'll Bring - You'll bring your unique personality and passion for hospitality to the role and the team. - You have a talent for guest engagement, anticipating needs, and coordinating across multiple departments in a fast-paced luxury environment. - Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You are confident in sharing clear, concise updates and providing exceptional service to our guests. - English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. - Additional languages skills such as Arabic, Russian, French or Mandarin are a plus.
