About the Role:
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial insights, budgeting, and strategic decision-making for a leading business in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified CA with strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide in-depth financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze P&L statements, cost structures, and profitability metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and cost efficiencies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Work closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Cash Flow & Cost Management
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and cost-control measures.
- Drive financial efficiency across operations, procurement, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA with 5-15 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant businesses.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
