FP&A Manager – Dubai

Salary: Up to 18,000 AED per month

Qualification: Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) India OR CPA Philippines

About the Role:

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial insights, budgeting, and strategic decision-making for a leading business in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry . The ideal candidate should be a Qualified CA with strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis .

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans .
  • Provide in-depth financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Business Performance Analysis

  • Analyze P&L statements, cost structures, and profitability metrics .
  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Work closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Cash Flow & Cost Management

  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and cost-control measures .
  • Drive financial efficiency across operations, procurement, and inventory .

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA with 5-15 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant businesses .
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis .
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
